What is my Usename?

What is my password?

I know what my username and password is but I still cannot log on.

I am able to login but I get the message "You are not currently enrolled in any course for the current session. If you think this is an error, you should contact Student Services at 972-279-6511."  What does this mean?

What should I do if I have any other problems?


What is my Username?
Your Username is the capitalized initial of your first name + your entire last name + the last three digits of your SSN.

For example if your name is Jane Doe the Username would be JDoe123.

Your Username is NOT your AUID




What is my password?

Your password is your AUID, including the dashes.  Your AUID can be found on your registration form. If you cannot find your AUID you need to contact Student Services @ 972-279-6511

For example 05-999-999.


I know what my Username and password is but I still cannot log on.

If this is your first session attending Amberton University or if you have not attended in more than three years you will not have access until the day the session begins. If the session has begun and you still do not have access then your registration may not be finalized.  You will need to contact Student Services @ 972-279-6511 during normal business hours.

This means that the system does not see that you have enrolled for a course in the current session.  This could appear if you fail to finalize your registration.
